All tenant service request must be reported to the Tenant Services Coordinator via the ESRT+ work order system at portal.risebuildings.com. Metro Center Property Management Staff are available to assist you with all of your maintenance requests including [but not limited to] painting, re-carpeting, minor furniture moves, or any other miscellaneous repairs. If you require any of these services, please contact the Tenant Services Coordinator 203-353-4028.
